We are a small bakery with a shop in South Fremantle, who is producing organic and hand made sourdough bread with recipes from a traditional swiss baker, who started his business about 12 years ago and has now been growing to a quite well known authority in the Fremantle and Perth region.
In 1999, Heinz Muller started with a small corner shop bakery located on the corner of South Terrace and Nelson St in Fremantle. Heinz Muller - owner on Abhi's Bread With a vision of bringing European baking finesse fused with organic and natural products to Australia he transformed Abhi's into a successful and ever growing business which celebrated its tenth year just recently.
In 2008 due to a rapidly increasing wholesale clientele, the production aspect of our bakery was relocated to O’connor and although the location has changed the quality has not! Abhis has become a landmark of Fremantle although we do deliver to a several restaurants, cafés, supermarkets and gourmet delis around the metro area and beyond.
